Brief Introduction

The Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) Realtors Only Database contains detailed information of all real estate listings of members that are for sale through MLS®. We can retrieve up to the minute information on any listing at any time.

Our New Listings Instant Dispatch program is a computer program that will watch the Realtors Only Database at real time. When a new listing that matches certain predefined criteria is entered into the Realtors Only Database, a recipient registered for that specific property criteria will be notified of the new listing instantly via email. A sample of an email notification can be viewed at the bottom of this page.

Those who have registered as our RealtyVIP Buyers will be automatically enrolled to this program and will receive notifications of new listings that match their search criteria on real time basis, and will be ahead of many competing buyers! (If you don't have an email address, we will notify you of any new listings by fax or by phone at the evening hours of the date of receipt of such notifications.)
