I have achieved and upgraded myself with the necessary professional education in order to make sure I can handle your IC&I dealings properly and smoothly:

• Full Membership with the Commercial Division of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver.
• Advanced qualifications in real estate licensing:
  • Unrestricted Salesman Licence qualified for handling property management as well as real estate sales (since October 1993).
  • Unrestricted Associate Broker Licence qualified for handling property management as well as real estate sales (since January 1998, formerly licensed under Regulation 9.15).
• Continuing professional education related to IC&I dealings:
  • IC&I Specialty Series "Development Sites". (by REBGV, September 1994)
  • CPE Course "Construction & Cost Estimating". (by BCREA, January 1998)
  • IC&I "Practical Commercial Real Estate Series". (by REBGV, June 2002)

For clients selling: I will provide quality services in high level that would ensure sufficient and detailed information of a real estate item is provided to potential buyers (or their agents) in a professional presentation and in timely manner. If necessary, information regarding seller's identity will be kept confidential and will be released to qualified, serious persons only. I am especially good in organizing data and information and presenting it in a professional manner - I'll show you my past Information Packages in a "presentation meeting" with you.

For clients buying: I will collect or guide you to information and facts that are essential and are as detailed and complete as possible so that you can be fully informed and educated before a decision to purchase is made. I am especially good in preparing law enforceable contracts of purchase and sale so that your interest is secured and protected.
