  • Sold in June 2004. East Pender Street, Vancouver: A multi-family apartment building of 23 units. Ref ICI-08 (MLS# 381932) - acting as Listing Agent and Buyer Agent. Sale price Asking price: $1,980,000.
  • Sold in January 2003. East Pender Street, Vancouver: A rental apartment building of 23 units. MLS# 322580 - acting as Buyer Agent. Asking price: $1,695,000.
  • Sold in January 2003. Barnet Highway, Coquitlam: A large restaurant serving American cuisine. MLS# 312894 acting as Listing Agent and Buyer Agent. Asking price: $298,000.
  • Sold in March 2002. St. Catherines Street, Vancouver: A rental apartment building of 20 units. MLS# 271786 acting as Buyer Agent. Asking price: $1,250,000.
