One-End Agency • One-End Fee
The ONE-END AGENCY policy means we'll be working 100% for the principal's interest in a client-agent relationship. If this is your first encounter with the RealtyVIP Services, you'll notice the following unique elements that we believe have set a pioneer practice pattern in the organized real estate trading services in Canada:
- ONE-END AGENCY: In a real estate transaction we will act for one party only (i.e., ONE END of the transaction, EITHER for the seller OR for the buyer only, but NOT FOR BOTH).
- ONE-END FEE: In a real estate transaction we will accept remuneration for services with respect to EITHER the seller OR the buyer only, but NOT BOTH. In simple words: we will not accept remuneration that is reserved for an agent of a party that we do not represent.
- NO DUAL AGENCY, NO UNRELATED ADVANTAGES: In a real estate transaction we will work 100% for the interest of the party we represent. In addition, we will not take the advantage of the situation where other party to the transaction does not have agency representation - if there is advantage out of such situation the advantage shall go to the party (our principal) that we represent.
