Simple Three Steps

Step 1:
Step 1: Based on established strategic criteria, our vendor searches and acquires properties in volume, completely renovates the properties to "like new" condition, and then puts them up on the market for sale. For most properties the process of securing tenants also starts at this point. (Note: Most properties come with "rental guarantee" offered by our vendor.) **

Step 2:
Investor evaluates the listed properties and makes selection to purchase. In the process of acquisition, investor can also determine the after-sale property management arrangements (use of these services is at the sole discretion of the investor).

Step 3:
After title being transferred to the investor, and subject to any pre-arranged agreement, the property manager will provide rental management and other ongoing services; and the investor will receive rental income on regular basis. (Balance of rent after deducting management fee and rental related expenses, will be mailed to the address or bank account as specified by the investor.) **

** As you can see from the above, with our comprehensive solution an investor would need to actually involve in the process of Step 2 only, as all other steps are taken care of by our vendors.
